We're traveling from out of state. First Starbucks in 35 years that refuses to provide us free water. They charge you .50 for syrup and then you can have water. They were also very rude and condescending. We've literally spent well over $10,000 on drinks as a customer since the 1990s. So crazy to be denied use of the bathroom and water as travelers just trying to get to our hotel. If you need water though just go two doors down to Smokin Oak Wood Fired Pizza. Very friendly. Happy to provide a quick cup of water.
Slowests Starbucks in the state
This location doesn’t do well during morning rushes. Today I waited over ten minutes in store, after ordering 10min ahead of time with mobile order. They misplaced my food to the drive through and it took 3 people to finally get it to me and it was cold. If this wasn’t the only Starbucks on my way to work I’d go somewhere else
