In all my years going to multiple locations, I’ve never waited this long for a cold brew. Got in the drive through line at 7:57 two cars away from the ordering pane- didn’t have my coffee until 8:35 and was very late for work :( I even called from my car to ask if everything was okay. This is reallly bad.
I’ve been getting these iced horchata shaken espresso drinks for weeks now. Came to this location, the guy working tells me they can’t make them in a Grande or larger…I said I literally just got it yesterday? Then a girl speaks to me and says yeah we can make that. After waiting a few minutes at the drive through window, they give me my drink and (by my mistake) i didn’t check the drink. It was wrong, was not the drink I ordered and my sandwich had melted all in the to go bag…wish I could have my money back at this point, bu... read more
