This location doesn’t do well during morning rushes. Today I waited over ten minutes in store, after ordering 10min ahead of time with mobile order. They misplaced my food to the drive through and it took 3 people to finally get it to me and it was cold. If this wasn’t the only Starbucks on my way to work I’d go somewhere else
My coffee used to be amazing every single morning and very consistent but now that there’s a new person making it in the morning I sometimes question if they are making it with oatmilk as #1 it doesn’t taste like it does at the time and #2 I end up very sick as I am lactose intolerant. I also get another shot so 3 shots total so it tastes like coffee to me. Lately it has tasted like warm milk (gross). A bit bummed and started going less.
