great costumer service, they always very sweet, have my order ready before i even come in
Love going to this Starbucks. Drinks are always great. Service is fast when they are not busy. When they are busy, it only takes a couple of extra minutes I don't mind and understand its busy. The workers are great and I've gone enough times that they remember me. It makes me feel good when they ask me how my day is and I can have a small conversation with them. I come to this Starbucks almost every morning, so I was shocked by how rude and disrespectful the experience was on Tuesday, April 21. When I came to pick up my mobile order with my clean reusable Starbucks cup, the store manager, Misty Wolfe, immediately spoke to me in an impolite and dismissive tone and repeatedly told me to “toss” my cup.
