I happened to place an online order during a rush and the employees were incredibly apologetic and their customer service was top tier. They offered a gift card and a drink upgrade which was unnecessary but a lovely gesture. Both baristas I spoke with incredible!
The woman would absolutely not listen to what I was trying to order. I said I wanted an Horchata, NOT made like a Frappuccino. She kept talking over me saying “I got you, I just need to know what size.” Then, she made me a Frappuccino 🤬
