I literally come here every week. Have done so for a while. This one employee, Brecht, started trying to nickel and dime me for .85 cents every time I get a refill on a coffee with sugar free syrup. This is the only employee in any Starbucks that does this to me. Horrible way to treat a regular, and am considering taking my business, and that of my clients, away from this location due to his poor customer service. If .85 cents is worth it to lose a customer, you’ve lost sight of what should really matter. Shameful!
Normally a 4.5, but disappointed this time. $6 coffee drink not filled but to 1” short of full. Needs training. Update: Gave them another try and experience was improved. +1 star
