First visit at this location. Friendly staff. Relaxed outside with my neighbor for awhile. Oh just one thing. I wish they had a sign saying "NO BACKING UP TO PARK IN FRONT OF OUTSIDE SEATING AREA" I'm sure drivers don't realize how much exhaust comes out of their tailpipe(s). It was chocking and very smelly.... especially Diesel engine vehicles. We had to leave🙁

These folks are the best. This is my favorite location hands down. I clean a house over here every other Wednesday so I started stopping by a for a flat white on those days. I order ahead. It’s always fast, and they always write something kind on the cup and every single person greets me when I walk in.
