Staff is unwelcoming and rude.
I genuinely look forward to stopping by this Starbucks almost every day. The coffee is always good, but the people are what really make this store special and keeps me coming back. The staff is incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming; they always manage to brighten my day. One of my favorite morning routines is simply getting to stop by, say hello to the crew, and enjoy the positive energy they bring. You won't find a better group of people to start your day with.
some emo girls with teal in her hair just stood there and stared at me didnt greet or anything and then continued to huff and turn back around and act mad towatds me as if i knew if i shouldve ordered then and there if she didnt say anything but stand there and stare
Told the cashier more than once I wanted to redeem my stars to pay. She asked me questions about the card I wanted to use which then got me confused so I said again, I want to use my points. She said ok and scanned it. Find out a few minutes later she didnt do it, she charged my card. I asked her about it, and it took me explaining 2 more times I wanted to PAY USING MY STARS, NOT CHARGE MY CARD. She finally understood and said she could get her manager to try and change it because she's new, I told her to forget it. Totally ... read more
