I use to work at Starbucks and I understand it may be busy. But that doesn’t mean get someone’s drink wrong multiple times in a row especially paying almost $9.00 for a grande drink and the extras** that are suppose to be in the drink no where to be in there. Super upset and honestly disgusted that I paid $9 for a drink I didn’t ask for. With none of the extra things I asked for and PAID for in the drink. I like the remodel. It has a nice atmosphere. The employees are upbeat and I enjoy the non-disposable plates and glasses for when I'm staying in the cafe.
