Emily and Ember were fantastic. So welcoming and helpful.
Whoever was working at 3:30 needs to learn how to not treat her clients like a dog and not mess up the drink on purpose well rolling her eyes. A person was talking to someone that was with her and the employee told her to basically be quiet and shut. She has no reason to tell people to shut up, freedom of speech exists don’t forget that.
"I'm sorry, but Starbucks has a policy where you have to buy something to get ice and water." This is what I just heard. It is currently 106 degrees outside and I was denied water and ice by a company in Phoenix, AZ which I'm fairly certain that it might be illegal to refuse water to someone. This feels like this should be reprimandable.
