I am really unhappy with starbucks these days! If you do not have non- dairy sweet vanilla cream then do not allow someone to order it at the counter or in the stores. I did not want a cold brew oat-milk thing I wanted what I order which was a non-dairy sweet vanilla cream cold brew! Also I have order multiple times a brown sugar shaken espresso with a sub of non-dairy sweet vanilla cream which is an up charge and it does not come out that way to then let the barista know I am told oh we do not have that anymore. some rude guy threw a fit at me for ordering an iced matcha latte with strawberry foam because it wasnt on the menu. some people really try to find problems instead of solutions
Slow service considering it wasn't busy. Forgot cream in my coffee and had to ask for it. Coffee was good as always.
This store is reliably great, and I particularly appreciate how they always make me feel right at home. A huge shout-out to Miles for his outstanding service today!
Everything is great, but you need to make it warmer inside. The workers are moving around, so they’re comfortable, but we can’t even feel our hands from the cold. Even a sweater doesn’t help. Cool place, clean, and the staff is really great. Just please fix the temperature.
