my family was very excited to stop here on vacation, and it was probably the most unpleasant starbucks i’ve been to.
They had a nice team working here. 2 drinks ordered, took quite some time, and when we had left and were back on the road, we found that both drinks were deficient.
new mobile order and pay is a game changer for this location.
Disappointing experience at this Starbucks....only 1 in town. Coffee grinder not working so unable to get coffee at the coffee place....CRAZY! Cashier also aid she couldn't scan QR on app to get stars. I asked how to get credit for purchase and was told I'd have to call corporate.
The food is tasty, but lacks zest.. The service is good but lacks warmth, charm, and most of all, hospitable greeting. The baristas act like theyre FORCED to work and not enjoy what they do with the dry and drab features they display from ordering to pick up. The atmosphere is claustrophobic and constricted. Small space for a semi busy coffee stop.
