Just went thru the drive thru. The employee who was tending the window was super kind and had wonderful customer service. she made my day a little more brighter. Just wanted to stop and take a minute to recognize her and you guys for doing a wonderful job.
Was served by this girl named Millie , she rolled her eyes when i asked for an extra straw & napkins and had a very disconnected look on her face and was not presented well . Drinks were good though !
I’m not going to blame the workers for the race to the bottom for Starbucks in terms of labor cost and experience but wow - 20+ minutes for two cold brews? Why would you have three people on for a Sunday morning near an upper class area AND campus??? I was a barista for multiple years and I would be pissed if I showed up to a shift like that with two other people.
