Walked in to get a drink and this girl looks at me and turns to continue talking to the other tall girl. I walk up to the counter; same girl looks at me, turns her whole back to me and continues to talk! Am I being punked right now? Like did I bother you by walking into the establishment? Was my color not one you wanted to serve at moment? It’s weird, rude and remedial people like this as to why I do local coffee shops and Starbucks only in an emergency and that’s it! And please save the lame generic response.
I didn't & won't visit any of these store as they are way over priced for the poor quality of product they produce.
Delivery driver review: I was informed by staff that the queuing system was redone in a way that continuously pushes back 3rd party driver pickups to back of queue, so long as any orders are in-house, or drive-thru. What an abysmally shortsighted move. Drivers are also picking up for paying customers, who likely contribute quite a bit of revenue for Starbuck's, to say nothing of our now indefinite wait times drivers are not paid for. Staffs are friendly. Food and drink are alright. Sometimes service is SUPER SLOW. It took me 25 min in the drive thru lane just to pick up my online order one time.
