I’m not going to blame the workers for the race to the bottom for Starbucks in terms of labor cost and experience but wow - 20+ minutes for two cold brews? Why would you have three people on for a Sunday morning near an upper class area AND campus??? I was a barista for multiple years and I would be pissed if I showed up to a shift like that with two other people. A terrible experience. I just would like to grab a morning coffee and went to my class. There were few people inside and at drive-thru, but it took 10 minutes to get my cold brew. It was terribly slow. I didn’t like the attitude of the guy. Half&half and oat milk were free. WiFi was broken. Because this location is the closest Starbucks around west campus with a free parking lot, I have to come here for breakfast. I am pretty sure that their service is usually slow in the morning.
Ordered a dark roast black coffee. They gave me the most diluted coffee I have ever tasted and had to throw it away..
