I have to miss my drink and rush to work. It took them 30 minutes to make one Tea Latte. Staff don’t start to make my drink until I came over and talked to them. Very disappointed.
Throughout the week morning shift is top notch. Excellent customer service hundred percent accuracy every time love this store
Waited at the register for 5 minutes with one other person. Multiple employees made eye contact with us, but we were never helped. Mobile and drive thru orders kept getting processed the whole time, including orders being placed on the take out counter next to the register. I eventually just left.
Terrible experience every item in my order was wrong
