I’m a longtime Starbucks customer and usually love the convenience of mobile ordering — but this location consistently falls short. On a recent visit, I placed a mobile order that was never called out. When I finally asked about it, I was told someone else had taken it. They offered to remake the drink, but I didn’t have time to wait, and no one offered a refund or to restore the Stars I used. I go here all the time because this location is the closest to me and I never have a good experience my drink is never filled all the way and the customer service sucks I am always met with an attitude
