The service at this location is the absolute worst. I always put my mobile order in 10 minutes before I get there and I’m still waiting an addition 5-15 minutes when I go inside. Meanwhile I watch cars in the drive through line come and go while I’m still waiting for an order I know for a fact was in before theirs. The staff also never acknowledge you and leave you standing at the counter when you need service. They just make eye contact with you and continue ignoring you. "Rachel" walked away from the register, and told me, "I'll be right back " she didn't come back. I had to order through the app. She just walked by a few times.
The employees at this location are super hostile. Only one person is nice and she wasn't in so I'm Leaving a review on the other general employees. Also the coffee has been shit ever since Starbucks made them stop dying their hair blue
Great Starbucks I’m new to area,
I came to this Starbucks at around 6:00 AM to get a coffee. According to the posted hours, the store opens at 4:00 AM. However, when I arrived, the doors were locked and I was told that only the drive-thru was available. What was confusing is that I could clearly see people inside the store, and I even saw a customer leave with a coffee. There were no signs on the doors or outside explaining that the lobby was closed or that service was limited to the drive-thru.
