Ordered 2 Venti vanilla Lattes. We kept waiting, and waiting. After 20 minutes they told us it would be just a minute. Then we wait another ten minutes. TADA!!! Our coffee's are done. We leave I start drinking my coffee right after my seat belt, and there's zero foam and hardly any vanilla. The crazy thing about all this is they weren't busy enough for this to happen. I would like to share my experience at this Starbucks location. The service at the drive-thru is very slow. It takes a long time to place an order, and even after reaching the window, I had to wait about 8to 10 minutes for just one item. This was very frustrating, especially when I was expecting quicker service. I hope the management can improve the efficiency at this location.
I waited in line at drive thru for over 30 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, FINALLY, there were four visible employees and one customer inside the store.
