Terrible service today 09/10/26 we got on the drive thru around 5:52 p.m and they asked us to wait a minute, I had no problem with that, then the car infront of us left wich means it got served, but still nobody was helping us on the speaker, so we said “hii?” To the speaker and the guy asked us to drive forward, we drove to the window and there was at least 3 employees making drinks, none of them said hi or anything and one of them just closed the window, we waited couple more minutes and we finally left at 6:12 p.m. 10 min... read more

Make drinks very bad, Service talking not good No experience Today I got a drink Vt white mocha I hope they make better final what I got really sad no taste and Coffee like water sugar that is not cheap how they make drinks like this they don’t know how bad they are …. This location is filthy. The owner of this location should be a shame. The drive thru is dark and grimy. The drinks are always off. And I don't want to mention the restroom. I recall when I worked at STARBUCKS the city... we had to clean the restrooms, wipe down tables and chairs. You are def making STARBUCKS look awful The drive to the other location on Loveridge is def worth it.
