The atmosphere of this Starbucks is very uncomfortable and unprofessional. 15 minutes after placing a mobile order it still wasn’t ready, and I inquired about my drink. I was told that they processed all the café orders and people in person before any mobile orders, which kind of defeats the purpose don’t ya think?
