This is the worst starbucks location in the whole Albany region. It always takes more than 20 minutes to receive my drink. The store is always understaffed, manager just sits down on his laptop and does nothing everytime im in there. Not to mention while I was waiting for my drink I heard one of the employees tell another employee the sweet cream they have been using that whole morning expired the night before. When I received my drink that I paid 7$ for it wasn’t even completely filled to the top. Never again !
The workers at this Starbucks open and close it whenever they want. This is my third time here. It's closed again. It's totally rude.
I had never been to a Starbucks before, and honestly I was pretty impressed. It was $5 for an iced chai latte, which was a bit pricy, but honestly not as bad as I was expecting. My friend got a caramel machiato, and both of our drinks were good. The place wasn't too busy and was pretty clean. Good atmosphere.
