The staff keeps & gives me coffee grounds for my garden. That says a lot about the attitude. Starbucks usually rebuffs, but these guys are polite and helpful. Thank you, Team.

I waited 15 minutes today for my drink. I saw that they were busy I tipped them at the register and then I went and use the bathroom and stood and watched everybody that came in after me leave. My matcha was sitting in the machine and I had to ask somebody to please take it out and pour it over ice because the barista started talking to somebody else and helping them even though they came in 10 minutes after I did.
