The atmosphere of this Starbucks is very uncomfortable and unprofessional. 15 minutes after placing a mobile order it still wasn’t ready, and I inquired about my drink. I was told that they processed all the café orders and people in person before any mobile orders, which kind of defeats the purpose don’t ya think? I ordered it with plenty of notice because I was on a break. Nice staff and store was clean and service was fast. Drink was made as ordered and was wonderful.
Kayla went above and beyond for us in the crossgates mall location. We appreciate the crossgates mall team for all their hard work!
I would put money on this location having the best hired Starbucks staff lineup in Albany, NY. Everyone at this location seems to provide such quick & professional customer service if there is ever an issue at any time. Even during the busiest times in the mall (Christmas or mid weekends) or during opening & closing times. The staff just has such a friendly demeanor and everyone (including the store manager, Dylan) is clearly working hard and cares a lot about the customers.
Everyone here is so nice and friendly and one person specifically is Fia she always knows what drink I want when I go there and it is so comforting that even though so many people come in there she basically predicts what drink I want and they are always amazing they really know how to hire the right people here.
