I hate doing these but it has to be said. Multiple people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they’re only taking care of the people in lines orders. Not even why I’m upset. Then my drink wasn’t even made right. I asked for caramel line around the cup and they put a huge dollop of caramel at the bottom and a little on top. my first sips were pure caramel. Portion sizes are usually pretty small and the parking lot is designed so poorly as well their drive through takes about twice as long as the Frankford location.
