There were flies all over the fresh pastries and employees did nothing about it despite being made aware. Also witnessed an employee bag a brownie up for a drive thru customer anyway.
Rude staff if you don’t like your job then just resign Instead of giving attitude to your customers because why huff and puff at me when I simply just asked where the rest of my order was and also when I asked for a straw because I didn’t receive one it’s such a simple request to fulfill no need for the rude service towards customers this is highly unprofessional also my straw was ripped in half when I opened it I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re already mad about your day because this will piss you off more.
Stopped in for a relaxing cup of coffee in an actual mug. I rarely go to Starbucks but as soon as I entered I remember why they have such a good reputation - excellent customer service! I was warmly greated by Tim who definitely knew his products. He was not only polite but his conversation felt genuine. (There is nothing worse than forced feeling fake small talk.) Clean cafe, good coffee but what sold me was great customer service. Thank you Tim!
Barristas here ramble on in deranged conversations frequently maintaining profanity. They frequently deny their names when requested to file a complaint and lie about their conduct to the district manager. The district manager is terrible here and service is outright one of the worst I have seen.
