I'm not what's happened at this location in the last 3 months, but the drive through line is insane, anywhere from 20 to 30 minute wait times, the cashiers can't seem to find online orders, making me check that I didn't order it to a different location before they find it. The situation is not much better if you walk in to pick up online orders, they will be looking for your drink for about 10 minutes before you get it and in my case with your ice mostly melted. Went through drive! Fast service. Clean exterior. Drinks came as ordered. Love the personal touch! So Matcha Love!
I’ve been going here for two months, Every morning it’s like pulling teeth trying to get my order right with the people who make the drinks. This morning my coffee was by far the worst Coffee I’ve had since I’ve been going to this Starbucks the past 2 months. Every Single day I sit at the window and I repeat my order 3 different times. I love Starbucks but this location is typically too loud and difficult to sit, have a great coffee and food and have a conversation. The older store was great.
