Anastasia was a hero and she deserves to be recognized. Starbucks reset my app and stole my well earned stars that were rolled over 400. I contacted corporate and since they couldn’t figure out what happened, I was told they didn’t have to help me and therefore decided not to. I’ve been on the precipice of boycotting Starbucks because they steal from their customers. I was given a gift card and went to use it.
