I have been disappointed more times than not when visiting various Starbucks around the country. This location had attentive customer service, fast turnaround an engaged staff member and my drink order completed as requested.
December 12. 1857. A customer is just standing literally at the cash register talking to an employee. It kind of just throws everything off. I'm standing there wondering "ok is this guy in line or nah? Is he a customer? Did he order?" Smh. Come on folks. Be more professional. A customer shouldn't be able to just hang out at the cashier leaning on the counter talking for over 15 minutes about absolutely nothing.
Ordered venti green tea lemonade with no ice and the girl working the counter was not only rude she gave me Less peach green tea to compensate for the ice. I’ve never had that happen before until this encounter and I’ve bought many many times before at many Starbucks
Staffs are great!! I always ordered the same thing.
