They had an amazingly wonderful young man working tonight. Didn’t catch his name but the side of his head was cut/shaved and his hair was long in front. He’s the type of young man that gives hope in humanity. Very kind soul.
This is one of the kindest Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff are friendly and in a genuine way it seems.
I didn't have a complicated order. It is just a grande, hot pumpkin spice latte. The only unusual piece to it is that I wanted it half calf. I don't have time for them to remake my drink or anything. But when I got the drink was less than half full. This picture is before, I had a chance to even take a sip.
The woman Maddie at the register taking orders is very rude. I came up to order a few things with my children and she acted like we ruined her day. Talking to us as if we were not worth helping. You should get a friendlier person to take orders. Or possibly don’t have her interact with people.
