Very disappointed with my order today. I got a matcha latte and there was a huge chunk of powder sitting right on top of the drink. When I asked about it, the barista told me they don’t actually mix the powder, they just throw it in the pitcher and steam it. That’s not how a matcha latte should be made, and definitely not the kind of quality you’d expect from Starbucks. For the price they charge, the drink should at least be blended properly instead of leaving clumps of powder floating on top.
I love this Starbucks location they always make my day. Their customer service always rock. I love the mustache “have good day” this made me giggle! Hope y’all have a wonderful shift today! 8/17/2025
Erg ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Gooien liever melk weg dan je beker fatsoenlijk te vullen. Vraag je zonder schuim, krijg je alsnog een laag schuim. Als je er een opmerking over maakt dan wordt alleen dom terug gekeken. Interesseert ze niks. Was alleen bij bestelling opnemen een aardig meisje, maar haar dienst zat er helaas op. (11.55 AM)
