Love the environment. Their service very good and especially Magen is the most impressive! I love this starbucks in fairbanks.
Very disappointed with my order today. I got a matcha latte and there was a huge chunk of powder sitting right on top of the drink. When I asked about it, the barista told me they don’t actually mix the powder, they just throw it in the pitcher and steam it. That’s not how a matcha latte should be made, and definitely not the kind of quality you’d expect from Starbucks. For the price they charge, the drink should at least be blended properly instead of leaving clumps of powder floating on top.
I love this Starbucks location they always make my day. Their customer service always rock. I love the mustache “have good day” this made me giggle! Hope y’all have a wonderful shift today! 8/17/2025
