Edit: I'm not sure what changed, but lately I have noticed that service here has become progressively slower? Like if there are even just a couple cars in line you're guaranteed to be waiting for a while now. The staff are still very sweet and the drinks are usually made properly still, but the wait times have become progressively longer whether there are cars in line or not. Extremely slow.
Loved the atmosphere + our drinks were perfect. Shoutout Suzy, Audrey, and Ellie they were sweet and worked hard. Excellent customer service
I do not write reviews normally. This is the most poorly managed location I’ve ever experienced. They run out of common ingredients frequently - I.e. coffee (mind boggling), cream, etc. How do you run out of brewed coffee at 10am? Whoever does inventory for this store should be fired. They also consistently get my orders wrong (I.e. heavy cream into coffee instead of half and half) because the staff panics during busy times and puts whatever they think should go into a drink, instead of listening to my actual order. If I order a cold brew I should not receive iced coffee. Yes, we can taste the difference. If you're out of cold brew or you can't pull it, just say so and allow your customers the opportunity to purchase something else that they will actually enjoy vs providing substitutions that taste bitter and burned. You are driving away repeat customers with the frustration of not receiving what they purchased.
