I bought two venti ice teas unsweetened twice today and I was actually in the store in the morning and drove through a drive-through the second time. I went back to see if I could get a refill later in the day and I was informed that I could not because I was still not in the store. Do yourself a favor and save your money. You can get the same ice tea for $1.25 at McDonald’s, the same size mind you, down the street… and they have better customer service. I am very disappointed. Cindi is an actual gem and needs to be protected at all costs! She is the poster child of what customer service SHOULD look like and I hope her coworkers take a lesson from her on it. This lady never ceases to brighten my day up with her bright and cheery attitude. A little smile and positivity can go a long way for some of us regular folk.
waited 15 minutes for a sandwich. was looked funny like “what are you waiting for” then was told he was “working on it” and then after another 5 minutes they suddenly “just found out they don’t have any more”. this store is always doing stuff like this. don’t waste your time here. support a local coffee shop! i know that’s what i will be doing from now on.
