Ordered coffee. Lady handed it to me and the lid wasn't on tight. Coffee spilt all over me,my phone and all over in my car. She stated * the lids keep doing that.* Still got charged for the coffee.

We live in Michigan but take road trips all over the US and we stop at a Starbucks nearly every day. The staff here were incredible and are much friendlier, polite and engaged than we have seen at any other Starbucks. Whatever they are doing at this store needs to shared with a lot of others. Great staff !!
Prompt service and they were happy to provide a pup cup for the baby rising shot gun on our road trip.
