Road construction makes access a challenge....new employees take more time
I went throught the drive through and the amazing human being Samantha checked me out. She made me feel so nice and called me "friend" and was so so nice. 100% recommend this location along with the others!
I gotten in the habit of ordering Americano coffees. I like my coffee really hot and Americano’s should be perfect for me. The last several times I ordered from this store the Americano was barely warm. This store seems to have too small of a heater for all of the hot drinks. They should add an additional hot water heater for these drinks. A thermometer would also be a good indication that the water is not hot enough. Americano’s should never be tepid.

If this store is using all of their heated water in the mid morning time frame maybe they should add an additional hot water heater for these drinks. A thermometer on the heater would be a good way of knowing the water is for Americano is tepid.
Paid 8 dollars for a drink today and unfortunately it wasn't even full when I got it. I understand when making two of the same drink you measure both out and pour but if the glasses are not full I expect you to fix that. I've had this happen at this location before and it is truly upsetting that I am not getting what I pay for per drink. Hopefully they will take an extra second to measure and pour correctly.
