Horrible customer service. Got our order wrong twice, tried twice to substitute my order with a different drink without asking. Customer service and communication needs significant improvement. Well below the standards set at other locations. Won't be visiting this location again.
I always get a Brown Sugar Oat milk shaken espresso. It’s is the best, unless they are out of brown sugar syrup😔
Honestly the rudest Starbucks ive ever been to. Im in town visiting and this is my 3rd morning grabbing a coffee and the girl in charge of the drive through sounds like she hates her job, and cuts you off before you even get a chance to finish talking with "anything else". You work for Starbucks and that means you at least have to pretend to like your job or get a new one.
I've gone to 30 other starbucks and I have ordered this drink for 2 yrs now. Went thru the drive thru. And they were confused and said they couldnt make heavy cream cold foam. No sweet, no vanilla just heavy cream made into foam. So we went in. The skinning, blacked hair girl with pericings was rude about it. "We can't do that" I showed the gal a tik tok video. Been to 50 other starbucks in the Nation and have had a specific carnivor drink made at each store, and they've all willing make this drink. One gal at this particular Starbucks was extremely rude and disrespectful, by rebuttaling with "Thats those statbucks, this is Starbucks Aberdeen snd we don't do that here, but you can try across the street at the Starbucks in Target and see if they'll make you your drink there!"
