The barista grabbed my to-go bag and made me show her my receipt. While others just grabbed and walked out. I have sleeve tattoos but also have multiple business degrees one in accounting and my MBA. I am a professional that works in the area and I’m courteous and polite too. I work for a large company not far from this location. Long line in drive thru, so we went inside to order hoping it would be faster. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks while we watched every car in drive thru have their drinks and food ready before the even got to the window. Slow service.
The girl who was working the drive thru between 12-1 pm on Sunday 9/21/2025 has got to be given another position. She messed up every order I saw. Bring the 3 cars in front of me as well as mine. Twice. I just took whatever she gave me the second time bc at that point I had already waited 30 minutes. In the drive thru. I understand it’s a tough environment but I watched her waste 5-6 drinks. It’s just a bad move for the store to have her working in that position.
I am shocked by all of the positive reviews. I rarely will leave a review unless service is to an extreme (negative or positive) but this Starbucks is the worst quick service location I have ever been to. I have two small children so oftentimes I need to grab a coffee, and need the drive thru if a baby is sleeping. I have sat in line for 30-45 minutes, only not leaving because I ordered ahead already.
