Drinks were not made correctly. Asked for extra whole milk steamed in a grande cup with my coffee and only received 1/3 of my cup with coffee and milk and watched them throw away lots of steamed milk I asked for away. Basically talls worth or a dopio cup worth. Don't recommended to go here especially if you have the instructions on the sticker and they still don’t get it right or bother to read it. I had the worst experience I’ve had since this Starbucks location opened. The first issue occurred when I placed my order. The two baristas told me they couldn’t make my drink, even though it’s a customization that I’ve ordered many times at this location and other Starbucks locations without any issues. I had to explain to them how to make it myself, which shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility. The customer service at the drive-thru window was even more disappointing.
