I had the worst experience I’ve had since this Starbucks location opened. The first issue occurred when I placed my order. The two baristas told me they couldn’t make my drink, even though it’s a customization that I’ve ordered many times at this location and other Starbucks locations without any issues. I had to explain to them how to make it myself, which shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility. The customer service at the drive-thru window was even more disappointing. They took so long to make the drinks. Second they said my dog wasn’t “Welcome” since he was not a service dog he was not causing trouble. Third the lady spilled a bit of the drink and just started laughing. Fourth we orders something that involved boba but 2 of the drinks didn’t have boba.
