This is my almost everyday Starbucks stop. The service is usually not the best, but I’m not expecting anything above ordinary. But today I had an absolutely awful service: I’ve arrived to a very dirty eatery, I was walking around trying to find a clean spot, ending up using my personal sanitizer to clean a little area to sit down and have my breakfast. Came in for a Caramel frappe, 2 cake pops, and a toddler potty stop lol very friendly atmosphere and clean! I didn't realize there is a Caramel frappe and a Caramel RIBBON frappe. I was surprised there were no crunchies and ready to cry because it had been such a hard morning. I was corrected by one woman, but then, Jack saved the day and gave me some crunchies 😁😭. Made my whole morning. So thanks Jack!
I absolutely love this convenient location, and I have only ever had amazing service here! Orders are made quickly and staff are very attentive. Only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars is the very bizarre service hours. Isn't it strange for a Starbucks (of all places) to close at 6:30-7pm? Never seen that before. I like to study late when it's quieter and not as hot, but often end up having to leave because of the early closing time. What is driving this? Other Starbucks are open till 10pm, or even midnight!
