Son placed and order before we started off on our trip back home. Walked in and walked right back out with his order.
Came here on a Monday evening, went to order at the drive through and upon getting my order taken i asked for 2 venti Carmel crunches. The young lady taking the order huffed and puffed the whole time taking an order for only 2 drinks. We get to the window she is not looking very pleased with us and asked if we wanted whip on our Frappuccino’s and we said “ yes please! “ but i was also thinking dont They come with whip traditionally at Starbucks? As usual a great flat white and a breakfast sandwich!
I kid you not I’ve been stuck in the middle of this line for 43 mins now .. my kids are getting impatient and I’m stuck . Worst Starbucks I’ve ever went to .
Myself plus one other car in the drive thru and still sat there for over 20 minutes. Been working in this area for a month now and this is the worst service Starbucks I’ve ever seen. 630-7am is horrible. Management needs to have some training sessions or something
