This very disappointing. I frequent Starbucks a lot as does my husband. Today I went through and got a drink. I was able to tip and even apologized for not being able to. The barista or cashier (in the drive thru) drew a sad face on my cup. This really bothered me. What if I was going through something or having a bad day? ***The picture makes the drink look darker, it’s actually milk white***.I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for many years. Seems lately when I get my drink(iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso) I’m not getting the proper amount of espresso that I’m paying for. Supposed to be four shots in it.
