Doesn’t matter if you do drive thru, online order, or in store you will wait forever. Online ordering has been turned off since they got their fall menu. Today I come at 630pm in hopes I can finally get starbucks and their drive thru and inside is closed. The past 4 times i’ve came here my order is messed up or tastes horrendous. I guess i’ll stick to the one in Kroger from now on. i’m glad we are finally getting a seven brew I often drive to Newark just for them and stock up on drinks without ice. I think this location needs to rethink how they do business, or possibly shut off mobile orders until they catch up on orders from the drive-through and in store. I walked in and ordered a grande cold brew with cold foam and waited 30 minutes for it while they produced about two dozen mobile orders. When I dared to kindly ask a woman who was working there if they were close to my order, she snapped at me “ I don’t know, I have like 30 orders.” It was a chaotic scene, and I just gave up on my drink and walked out, losing mone... read more
