This location has to be the worst Starbucks location. Over the past 6 months the service has become horrible and the taste of the drinks even worse. Always running out of Coldbrew and the store trys to pass off Iced Coffee with a shot of espresso as coldbrew. The manager here definitely needs to be retrained or fired. I have sent multiple complaints to the company and district manager. Hoping Mt Vernon gets their 7 Brew location opened up soon.
Went to get a drink tonight before work. Got in the drive thru and ordered my drink at 6:40. There was one car at the window ahead of me. They left and I pulled up to the window, and didn’t receive my drink until 6:56. My drink was made wrong, and there was cold foam pouring out the top and it spilled all over myself and my car.
