Originally 3 stars, now 2 because I read through the new rewards program and basically earnings are being lowered across the board. It has “people weren’t buying enough of our expensive coffee so we removed the discounts so people have to pay full price for the expensive coffee” energy. What’s the goal? To win people back by giving them the privilege of working harder to get coffee? My Keurig is just fine, and if I want to treat myself I’ll go to 7 Brew. Original review… drinks are fine. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ordered online 15 mins ago for one drink and it was still late when I got there. Not to mention my drink was made wrong so will not be coming here again. Save your money
