Management looks horrible seen him being rude to his staff multiple times someone should definitely investigate him I’ve seen such a inconsistent staff with him being manager I’ve seen some of my favorite baristas leave because of him!!! Yes customers notice the way you treat your employees!!!!! I use to enjoy coming every morning but watching him breath down his barista’s back while they make drinks and micro manage them I just can’t support anymore!
