Ordered aerocana online. it took 12 minutes when there was one person in drive thru and one mobile order before me. 4 people working mind you. The top inch and a half was just empty. Even if you didn’t want to fill a grande cup you could have least put ice in it since the drink is supposed to be cold and all the ice is now water. You could tell no one wanted to be there today.
Everytime i order my coffee they never do it right i ask them again and again and i order the regular caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and if i pay extra they supposed to put more. Starbucks doesn’t charge the staff for giving extra just the customer. I don’t get it :(
Alerted staff I arrived told me working on my drink. Sitting in lobby for 15 minutes walked up asked for refund since it was taking too long, they had left my order at the window and forgot about it.
Every time I visit this location the wait is extremely long. Ordering ahead doesn’t seem to help because my order is almost never ready within the estimated pickup time. I understand that stores get busy, but when this happens consistently, the pickup estimates become meaningless. The food and drinks are good, but the service and wait times at this location really need improvement.
