I just went through the drive up in Artesia. In spite of the line being very long, the Starbucks staff got our orders speedily prepared with a cheerful attitude and ease
This old lady in the kitchen took forever on my chocolate croissant. She sounded rude, looked rude, and was rude while taking my order. My card was charged at 8:33 and I left at 8:57. She had the audacity to make a coffee and two pastries for a guy (who she seems to know since she hugged him) who came in after me before starting my order. Thank you to the girl with the colorful hair that ended up making my croissant while the other lady was “busy”.
The staff is very nice, but it's very impressive how consistently terrible they are at making a simple drink. I get the same order at every location so I know what my drink is supposed to taste like and the Artesia store always tastes terrible. Hot Vanilla Latte. Hopefully it gets better cause I'll keep going lol.
