Stood at the register for 5 minutes while the 3 employees just completely ignored me. Decided to try the drive thru. Waited for another 5 minutes behind another car that wasn’t being helped, then finally just gave up and left without any coffee.
Asked for my drink to be corrected, not remade, just add more creamer. The barista acted like I kicked his puppy at this request that took 15 seconds to fulfill.
