This is such a sweet Starbucks! I love coming here to study as a grad student. The baristas are always so kind and attentive, it really makes my day whenever I get to spend time here!
I have been a regular customer at this location, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. On March 6, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I asked the male barista at the counter if the restroom was available. He said yes, but only for customers. I responded that it was not an issue, as I planned to purchase something after using the restroom. He then allowed me to proceed. Average. Might I say, the location is aesthetically pleasing in the classic neighborhood of Brighton; but when it comes to drinks, it’s always a hit or a miss over there. I always ask for extra cold foam, but they always add a tiny blanket of barely any foam on my drink. No matter how many times you remind them, it’s always the same thin blanket.
