Really? Here is what an employee and shift manager just told me when I asked if they could adjust the AC so that it's not so cold. First, the employee said that it would take an hour for the system to change but he would push the button. When it didn't change, he said that they can set it anywhere from 70 to 74 (I have no way of knowing if that is correct. Their usual excuse is that it is set by corporate and they can't change it.)
