I need to stop tipping, because everytime I do, I do NOT get what I asked for. Asked for caramel latte, got a macchiato (yuck). My advice is don’t say your order, scream it! and also write it down!
At first it was all good with cashier, the when i picked up my orders. One was not made correctly, I told the barrista about it. She had to remake my drink before she dumped the wrong one i told her. I would pay for that one as well. As she ignored me she dumped it out with lot of anger. Her personality changed. Gave me the correct drink not handling w care she tosed it some how.
