Customer service was not very good. The young lady, Cynthia, who rung me up didn’t even greet me. Just asked “ready?”. Customer service training is needed.
Horrible!!!! Ordered a MOCHA frappe got a milk frappe then I told them and he repeated himself and said “ I heard u say milk” which I repeated myself multiple times during the order process and said mocha. The problem is that I ordered a remake and they gave me a mocha hot this happened twice and they didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and it was pretty unprofessional.
My breakfast sandwich was served hot and fast and thank you for such excellent service.
They have fun different SB swag! I travel frequently and never saw anything like them! Coffee and staff were equally great!
