I visited this Starbucks location several times this week while staying in the area for business. On each visit, the same employee informed every customer entering the store that there would be a wait of 10 minutes or more before taking orders. Additionally, after placing my order and thanking her, her demeanor was consistently expressionless and unengaged. Coffee buyers beware! Based on my own experience just minutes ago and multiple previous comments, this store baristas don't give a damn what you order and just give you what they feel like. I asked twice for Cafe Verona dark roast and got a blonde roast instead. I only noticed that after the first sip when I already left the store. Oh, and I was the only customer in the store, so it wasn't a mix-up or anything like that, just pure incompetence...
