This is a nice place and most of the time when I come in the employees are very nice and it’s very clean! But your employee Gertrude was being very rude and audibly yelling at customers over the headset when her mic was off. I heard her say some very unkind things and she was clearly frustrated with this customer. Just thought you should know!
only starbucks ill go to because they actually are really nice and cate about there customers! been coming here since it opened and never had a problem! thanks junior again!
