Not a fan of their black coffee. Tastes very burnt. All the syrup flavors are used to cover up the disgusting taste of their coffee!
Every time I come through the drive through or inside, I always have a bad experience. Especially with the same girl that always work the drive through window. My drinks are often made wrong. Cup is wet and never clean, I get attitude from the employees for making customizations to my coffee or refresher while ordering. God forbid if I don’t TIP… FORGET ABOUT IT, might as well throw customer service out the window. I say have a nice day, or thank you so much, it’s crickets.
