I placed a mobile order for a short coffee at 3:05 p.m. After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally asked an employee at 3:26 if my order had been forgotten. Sure enough, it had. They handed me a cup of coffee that had obviously been poured much earlier and left sitting, so it was cold by the time I received it. The purpose of ordering ahead is convenience and efficiency, but neither happened during this visit.
