The man working drive thru this morning 7/15/25 around 10am was super rude. I went on the app and saw there’s a secret drink and ordered it. Once I got to the window he handed me their regular mango dragonfruit refresher. I asked for it to be made as advertised and he told me “we don’t do make modifications” and made me pay for the drink I did not ask for. Sounds like barista isn’t your profession considering I can customize it on the app…

Just ordered the summer Berry lemonade GRANDE and I got THREE sips and the rest of the cup was NOTHING BUT ICE. Staff not very pleasant either, I went in to ask for a replacement because I had taken two steps and it was gone. They basically told me tough luck you didn't specify light ice so that's what you get. So I'm so glad I paid $7 for a cup of ice So I went back yesterday and asked for same thing with ice on the side. There were no customers inside and we were the only car in the drive through. Apparently Hudson Starbucks is now in the business of selling Ice as I see somebody else posted a very similar review as to what I experienced this 3 days ago. I ordered a refresher lemonade I asked for light ice and I got a $10 cup of ice at the drive-thru. I went in to ask for a new drink and they basically told me tough sh*t that's how we make them. I reminded them that I asked for light ice and they told me this is light ice. You be the judge is this light ice? And I thought a grande was $7... Why did they charge me $10?... read more
