The guy barista made me the best cup of hot chocolate! It was perfect with even then amount of cinnamon he used. I literally cried!!! lol I have never had someone make me such a nice cup of hot chocolate before! Unexpected and so wonderful! Thank you so much dear barista man who worked this evening about hour before closing 😭🫶
Starbucks has gone down a lot. Don't want to go in anymore. Staff meh, coffee meh. Prices meh while the CEO gets billions. Obviously his focus is on his paycheck not quality. Previous post from 7 yrs ago was: Great Starbucks. Friendly staff, fast, has great parking in Dana Point.
Odd setup but once you’re inside it’s fine. Drive thru is usually pretty busy. One large table and a few smaller ones. Always busy but never overly crowded. Baristas are friendly and efficient. They’ve never run out of ingredients and seem genuinely happy to help you.
