I go here frequently before work and I adore everyone there. They’re always so sweet and easy to talk to; I’ve become close friends with a lot of them! They also always seem to make my drink just how I like it. Love those goobers!
The young lady behind the counter was so rude. I honestly thought I offended her by placing my order. The only reason I wasn’t rude back was because my temper is not the best and I am a regular customer at Starbucks and I know it is not the company’s fault. I definitely will not be coming back to this Starbucks and hope that corporate reads this and let her go.
02/28/2026- 6:30 p.m.... what happened to good or even mediocre customer service these days?? These 2 workers need some training in hospitality. Order coffee and treated like youre asking for the moon... fake a smile if ya have to. Your job is customer service. Kindness is free.
Cute Starbucks in New Buffalo, located right along the main road, spacious, clean, and bright. Drinks were good too.
