If I could give 0 stars I would, my girlfriend and have been going in there for the past 2 months and, they never have once made our drink right, we always have to ask for them to adjust something or when we get our drinks it tastes terrible. She ordered a coffee and they mess it up, and it taste like straight water. They made a vanilla bean frappucino and it tasted like straight milk and whipcream. Great service and extremely clean Ina quaint small town setting. This is the first Starbucks that I've seen active continuous cleaning. Recommended
This place is a joke, given how busy it gets they need to hire more competent employees. Yesterday we ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew only for it to arrive with no cream which somehow seemed funny to the server. It took 10 mins to fix the order. Today I ordered 2 butter croissants and 40 minutes later only one has arrived. Ridiculous service. Don’t come here, you’re better off at one of the lovely local coffee shops
Edit: I asked him his name and he said “you don’t need to know my name”. Terribly unprofessional in my option. I guess he knew he was rude and had a feeling someone was leaving a review. This place cannot handle a rush. Extremely rude male worker with piercings and a man bun. Wish I got his name. I watched him refuse to correct drink orders and then when my food didn’t come with siracha after it said it on my ticket, he didn’t even let me speak before he rolled his eyes. Stuck up childish workers who are all under 25. They need to seriously work on there management. I’ve never seen a nice beautiful location go to waste so fast..
