Just ordered a hot americano. Cup was very cool and was told that that was because it was double cupped. Take out the extra cup and still cold. Ordered at 1021 and was in the store in 5 min. Pathetic, cool drink. Better to just use the Keurig at home. The counter was just chaotic. In response to your reply this isn’t the first time this has happened. It isn’t much to ask for a hot coffee to be hot and fresh.
Got a dd order for strawberry acai refresher and what came is just sad. Warm and no ice or inclusions I’m not drinking this shi
