I came here last week and had a terrible experience. A lady took my order, when I received my order, it was made incorrectly. When I brought it up to the lady, she snapped “well, what is wrong with it” after I had just told her. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and mumble under her breath. When I left I overheard her say “do you believe her”. Completely inappropriate behavior and I won’t be back. I was very nice about it too.
Love Starbucks, enough said.
The drinks were great! However, when me and my friend ordered the drinks this lady gave me a nasty attitude.When she asked for a name, I asked my friend “yours or mine?” The lady snapped “I just need a name” and eye rolled as well. She didn’t smile, she didn’t say you’re welcome, she didn’t say thank you, she didn’t say anything. She just eye rolled and gave us nasty looks.
