I live in Santa Monica, which is famous for friendly servers. After 8 years living there, I visited Chestnut Hill, my old neighborhood. I was shocked by how unfriendly people were. And this morning I visited Starbucks on Chestnut Hill and a super kind young girl named ANASTASIA served me. I was truly taken by her kindness. She needs to be praised for who she is, she made my day, with a few simple and jenioun questions.
The whole staff is incredibly friendly and attentive every single time I stop by. Their outstanding customer service is what keeps me coming back!
Only snail & turtle works here..🤣🤣
Painfully slow and disorganized. Watched while my sandwich was taken out of the oven and just left on counter while team member preparing it stopped to do something else. Apathetic staff.
