The elder lady barista cannot follow Starbucks standard recipes. She does not take accountability and is not communicative. Ordered an iced caramel brulee and she makes it with no whip cream but dumps the caramel brulee topping in it so it sinks to the bottom. Tried asking her what the reason is that she made it this way (giving her an opportunity to tell me if they’re out on some ingredients) but she was more focused on talking over me. Christy or kristy the manager took my order and didnt bother to wait an extra few seconds to get the modifications added , so the Barrista who is usually always amazing didnt make it right and it was all because of the manager Christy. The woman who works there at this moment has the worst attitude and customer servicer ever. There has been 4 instances when she is there and she's just extremely rude with the worst attitude. This location sucks
