FULL STARS! I am a very regular guest of this Starbucks and I am yet to have an experience any less than amazing, I have gotten to know the personable staff in my time there. On my last visit Averie and Krystal were very helpful in helping me choose a new drink which was the mocha cookie crumble. 10/10 will continue to come for my drinks and snacks!
Great customer service with Amanda this morning. She did a tasting with me when I asked about differences between iced coffee and cold brew. She taught me about flavor profiles and even how each was brewed.
What a delightful Starbucks! I’m in town visiting a friend and have been at this store every day this week. Every time I have come in I’m greeted by smiles and 4 days in, they even know my drink before I order. Marisa the manager was so helpful and friendly. I wish this was my regular Starbucks haha.
I visit many cafés for my work, as I need comfortable spaces where I can concentrate. During previous visits, I had already found this Starbucks to be a cold place—lacking pleasant background music or an inviting atmosphere for those of us who work remotely.
