Emma at the Target Starbucks is doing fantastic. She’s clearly a hard worker and so professional. The way she managed a difficult customer’s requests (made her drink, remade it, listened to her and took her criticism with grace) while taking care of her other customers and line is a marvel to watch. I would have lost my mind 5min into my shift haha
Not all starbucks barista can make great pumpkin spice frap with espresso shots and chai drink.. thanks to Mackenzie at Target SB who can!
