I ordered a Vt Iced Matcha Latte (2 cup) with light ice today (mobile order, 2:26 PM, June 26, 2026), and unfortunately my customization was not followed. Despite requesting light ice, the cup was more than half full of ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink. This is not what light ice means — it should be roughly a third of the cup at most. I was in my car when I picked it up and didn’t have the chance to check before leaving.
