Very friendly staff , cake pops are the best
Todays team working are fantastic! Amber and River thanks so much for such great drinks that were made by you…highly recommend the Pink Drink and the Stratos Strawberry Matcha Frappuccino… made by these two you will get great drinks .. all the crew working here are friendly, polite and great service, good baristas at this location and my favorite hands down in the Richmond VA & Tri-Cities area.

I went this morning and the coffee I got tasted excellent, but the cup they made it in somehow had a hole in the bottom. I paid $6 to now be wearing my coffee to work...
