After drinking tea here last week I remembered why I don't frequent Starbucks anymore. The employees simply "expect " customers to know the unique system for each store: where should I go to place an order? Will my order be brought to my table? Some employees (not this one) write your name on the cup and call your name. Others (this one) left our order on a counter until we figure out that quite a bit of time had passed. Love this Starbucks!!! They are not all equal in terms of staffing. The staff here are professional and efficient. So friendly and customer service driven. It’s why it gets 5 stars easily as it is so great to be here!!! Fantastic job!
