I was running on sixes road in this heat and stopped for a cup of water, and the barista said I’d have to buy something? I’ve never had this problem at a Starbucks before and googled it and it’s up to the stores digression. You give water to dogs but not to me? I just wanted a plastic cup with tap water in it so I wouldn’t pass out. This is an incredibly unsafe and greedy practice. Dunkin’ gave me water I’m going there
I visit this Starbucks frequently and unfortunately I’ve never had worse service. The lady taking our order in the drive through was super rude and it took them 30 minutes to make 3 drinks on a very slow Sunday mid day (which is fine) but they were probably the worst Starbucks drinks I’ve ever had. On top of that 2 out of 3 of the lids wouldn’t even stay on.
5:30am, no one else in line. I asked for oat milk, they confirmed oat milk, I paid for oat milk. I received regular milk. $7 wasted. The barista was friendly though.
