I love Starbies. Employees are always very nice. Like, thanks, your hair looks cute too! Atmosphere is chill, although the music could be turned down just a smidgen inside so you can hear yourself think when getting some work done.
The service is getting better. I particularly don’t like talking to Sydney; seems to be in a bad mood for some reason. Everyone else is nice though. Please fix or remove the fencing on the drive thru that someone ran into. Also why is there boxes to the front of the store by the windows? Maybe some privacy fencing or window film? They do always have every item on the menu. I do like this place but need some TLC and good cleaning.
Got a gift card for my birthday so my daughter and I treated ourselves to a drink and a snack. Great customer service!
I had the pleasure of visiting this location earlier this week and the staff was really nice and accomadating. I felt like my drink needed an extra spruce of sweetness and without asking the young lady behind the counter had offered me extra syrup and creamer which I thought was nice. Later on I realized I left my handbag there and when I called the next day, Tory advised me they had it and even gifted me with a free drink for my travels. True acts of kindness!!! Thank you Starbuck for your service.
Stopped into this Starbucks to grab morning coffees and walked out with NO coffee. Cait, was multitasking the drive through while trying to ring me up and couldn’t focus on what I was asking her to do. Wanted to reload a $30 gift card to my account. She first charged my banking account $30 and then got confused when trying to reload the gift card.
