I am FURIOUS! i went to yesterday and not only did my drink get accidentally handed to the car in front of me then still handed to me but my espresso was spilled out of my cup they didnt offer to remake it nothing just said “ my bad “ “so sorry “ even today next morning i went back today and told a shift lead about my experience she just said im sorry thanks for telling me. Like what !?
My favorite Starbucks location in Bloomington/Normal. The employees are welcoming and the drinks are always ready on time for pickup orders. They give my husky a pup cup each time she's with me, too!
Went this morning for my coffee noticed the last few times they havent even wrote on my cup and thats what makes my day it was kind of just in and out not even a hey how are you doing ? Just felt like another number when i am a regular and i use to feel important when i spend over $120 a week i should feel good when going and i dont !
