I was supposed to get 3 pumps of vanilla for 2 drinks and they didn’t put vanilla at all in either drink
Did a mobile order and it said it would take 4 to 7 minutes. Order took more like 20 minutes and the lines were so long that when I got my drink and it wasn’t right I didn’t wanna wait another 20 minutes to get it fixed. I like Starbucks, but this store isn’t up to the standard.
I came through the drive-thru to order an iced blonde latte, which I order often. Unfortunately, the employee seemed confused about the drink and told me they couldn’t make it. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I chose to leave instead of escalating the situation, but I hope better training and customer service can be provided in the future.
